Community Care Foundation (CCF) is a community-based, non-profit organization established in 2025 in Kismayo, Jubaland, Somalia. The foundation was founded by Mr. Abdi Gedi Abdi to support vulnerable families and communities affected by poverty, displacement, and conflict.
CCF is dedicated to delivering humanitarian assistance, healthcare, education, and sustainable community development. Our organization works hand-in-hand with local communities to create lasting solutions that promote dignity, equality, and hope for all.
