At Community Care Foundation (CCF), we provide life-saving humanitarian assistance to communities affected by conflict, displacement, drought, and recurring emergencies across Somalia. Our humanitarian aid program ensures that vulnerable families receive immediate relief that protects their dignity, restores hope, and supports their survival during crises.

What We Do

1. Emergency Food Assistance
We deliver nutritious food baskets, ready-to-eat meals, and targeted support to households facing severe food insecurity. Our focus is on children, pregnant and lactating mothers, and elderly persons who are most at risk during emergencies.

2. Safe Water Supply & WASH Support
We provide clean and safe drinking water through water trucking, rehabilitation of boreholes and shallow wells, and distribution of water purification supplies. CCF also promotes hygiene practices by providing WASH kits and community awareness to reduce disease outbreaks.

3. Emergency Shelter & Non-Food Items (NFIs)
To protect displaced and vulnerable families, we distribute temporary shelters, tarpaulins, blankets, sleeping mats, kitchen sets, and other essential NFIs. Our shelter interventions are designed to offer safety, privacy, and basic comfort during displacement.
