At Community Care Foundation (CCF), we strengthen community health systems and deliver essential nutrition services to reduce preventable illnesses and improve the well-being of vulnerable populations in Somalia. Our work focuses on reaching underserved, crisis-affected, and hard-to-access communities with quality, life-saving care.
1. Health Education & Disease Prevention
We implement community health awareness campaigns on hygiene, nutrition, maternal health, and communicable disease prevention. These efforts help reduce disease outbreaks and empower families with the knowledge needed to stay healthy.
2. Support for Emergency Health Responses
In times of crisis, drought, or displacement, we deploy rapid response teams that provide care, manage malnutrition cases, and support outbreak prevention in affected communities.
Through our Health & Nutrition interventions, CCF strengthens the resilience of vulnerable families, reduces mortality from preventable conditions, and supports healthier, more nourished communities across Somalia.
